Twenty One Pilots is bringing the chaos, the sweat, and the scale to the big screen!
If you missed it, the Grammy-winning duo announced a new concert film, More Than We Ever Imagined, landing in IMAX and theatres worldwide on February 26 (for a limited run).
Teaming up with Trafalgar Releasing, the film captures a career-defining moment on The Clancy World Tour: a sold-out stadium show in Mexico City, played in front of 65,000 fans who knew exactly what they were there to witness.
This is not just the show. It is the arrival.
The film follows Tyler Joseph and Josh Dun from touchdown to final bow, tracking the pressure, the build, and the release as they step onto one of the biggest stages of their lives. High-voltage performances collide with behind-the-scenes moments as the band gears up for a night that would stretch everything they have built over the last decade.
Cool concept, right?
Joseph and Dun provide commentary throughout, reflecting on the long road that led them here. The camera work swings between sweeping aerial shots of the stadium and intimate angles that pull you right into the heart of the performance. Every sightline. Every scream. Every drop of momentum.
Director Mark C. Eshleman, who has followed the band for more than 16 years, says the film captures two perspectives at once: the fans inside the moment, and the band standing on the edge of it.
Over 20 cameras were placed throughout the venue, while another followed Tyler and Josh as they translated the fundamentals of their show onto a stadium-sized scale. From basement clubs to global dominance, the arc is impossible to miss.
Trafalgar Releasing’s Kymberli Frueh calls it their most immersive cinema experience yet, and the band’s first time bringing a concert film to IMAX. Bigger sound. Bigger visuals. Less distance between the screen and the stage.
The film arrives as Twenty One Pilots continue riding the momentum of Breach, released in September, and its predecessor Clancy. Later this year, the duo will headline All Points East 2026 in London’s Victoria Park, their only UK show of the year, alongside support from Wunderhorse, Nova Twins, and more.
They are also set to headline Electric Castle 2026, with additional European stops including Sziget and Mad Cool.
This isn’t a recap. It’s a visual statement!
