LFG! Thirty Seconds To Mars singer Jared Leto says they might “finally make a rock album again”.

Now, don’t get me wrong – I do still like the direction Thirty Seconds To Mars took over the years – from 1998 – full on rock band – to now, and a more electronic sound. You gotta admit, 2023’s ‘It’s The End Of The World But It’s A Beautiful Day’, 2018’s ‘America’, and 2013’s ‘Love, Lust, Faith And Dreams’ was no-as-much-rock.
Now, Leto jumped on his Instagram account to say the band might return to their roots – as they stage their joke reaction to “watching the first troll talk sh!t after we finally make a rock album again”. Jared wrote, “Like & share if you want a Rock Album”, to which Leto responded from his personal account with several devil horns emojis.
I mean, you could see how an über-fan may read into this. Right?
Thirty Seconds To Mars head to Europe this summer to play at Madrid’s Mad Cool Festival. Maybe new music before then?
That appearance follows their first tour (S.America, N.America, UK, Europe) in over five years. So they should be in prime condition. And what a way to announce these string of shows – with Leto climbing up the Empire State Building.
A more ‘rock album’ from Thirty Seconds To Mars? Yay or nay?
