You don’t have to wait long. The new album is out next month, October 17.

The tour starts with two nights at Brooklyn’s Barclays Center (October 31 and November 1) before hitting Chicago, Austin, San Diego, L.A., and Oakland. It’s Tame Impala’s first full-band shows since March 2023.

Tickets are on sale on Friday, September 12, 12p local time.

Tame Impala’s 2025 Deadbeat US arena dates:
OCTOBER
31 – Barclays Center, Brooklyn, NY

NOVEMBER
01 – Barclays Center, Brooklyn, NY
03 – United Center, Chicago, IL
06 – Moody Center, Austin, TX
09 – Pechanga Arena, San Diego, CA
11 – Kia Forum, Los Angeles, CA
12 – Kia Forum, Los Angeles, CA
14 – Oakland Arena, Oakland, CA

Fans have already heard two songs from Deadbeat: End Of Summer (debuted live during Parker’s DJ set at Primavera Sound) and Loser.

The album is being called “a collection of wickedly potent club-psych explorations”. Parker’s “most direct, brain-wormy songwriting to date, recasting Tame Impala as a kind of future primitive rave act.”

It’s a long-awaited return. Since 2020’s The Slow Rush, Parker has worked with Dua Lipa, Thundercat, Diana Ross, Gorillaz, Justice, and even contributed to the Barbie soundtrack.

Deadbeat arrives October 17. Tour starts two weeks later. Feels good to have Tame Impala back, doesn’t it?
