RATT’s ‘The Atlantic Years: 1984-1991’ Limited-Edition Box Set Details

About time RATT released a box set! BMG recently announced “The Atlantic Years: 1984-1991” limited-edition box set, covering all five of their studio albums that went gold, platinum or multi-platinum!

You’ll be able to grab the box set as of June 9.

The LP set features all five albums remastered on 180g black vinyl, rare “Nobody Rides For Free” seven-inch single, 1- page replica tour book (featuring rare and never-before-seen photos from RATT’s personal archives), 11″x17″ “Wanted” poster, bumper sticker, replica backstage pass, and guitar pick in a custom lift top box. The CD set has all five of the studio albums in a side loading box.

All albums feature the classic RATT lineup of Stephen Pearcy (vocals), Warren DeMartini (guitars), Robbin Crosby (guitars), Juan Croucier (bass/vocals), and Bobby Blotzer (drums).

RATT formed in L.A. in 1984, and released their debut “Out Of The Cellar”, featuring ‘Round And Round’, which went to #12 on the Billboard Hot 100. The band also released ‘Back For More’ and ‘Wanted Man’.

Their second full-length album, “Invasion Of Your Privacy” was released in 1985. It reached #7 on the Billboard 200 and features ‘Lay It Down’ and ‘You’re In Love’.

1986 saw the release of “Dancing Undercover”, with the lead single ‘Dance’, ‘Slip Of The Lip’ and ‘Body Talk’.

1988’s “Reach For The Sky” took the band into the Top 20 of Billboard 200 album charts and features ‘ Way Cool Jr.’ and ‘I Want A Woman’.

RATT put out their last full-length album, “Detonator”, in 1990. That album features ‘Lovin’ You’s A Dirty Job’ and ‘Giving Yourself Away’.
