Oh, this is juicy! Iggy Azalea has slammed “criminals” at Universal Music Group (UMG) and says the owe her millions.
Crazy how in my entire career I was never paid a single royalty by universal music for anything outside of the USA.
They owe me millions of dollars in back pay, that they technically stole from me, as per my contract Iam due payment.

Iggy Azalea (real name Amethyst Amelia Kelly) claims UMG owes her “millions of dollars in back pay”, saying they offered to pay her an $18,000 settlement instead of the amount “in the 8 figure range” that she thinks she’s owed.
Damn. That’s an awfully big discrepancy!
Iggy shared this on X/Twitter: “I’m told this is a normal response from their lawyers and after appearing in court they end up paying millions as they’re supposed to. “Thankfully I’m well off and can and will pursue this issue until they pay me what they owe.”
Then, she posted this, “Universal music mark my words you ugly bitch – You will pay me what’s owed.”
Universal Music Group hasn’t commented.
According to Azalea, her dispute with the company has been happening “privately” for more than two years.
You know this isn’t the last we’ll hear about this – and it’s a shame if UMG has indeed not paid her her owed royalties.
