Where are you with The Grammys? Do you care about them? Do you truly give a shit that Beyonce is leading the charge with 11 nominations? The reason I ask is I’m on-the-fence, as it’s basically a popularity contest. I didn’t even post a story about last year’s Grammys. You’ll have to go back to 2022 for my last take on the Grammys.
Anyway, the official Grammys YouTube hosted a livestream yesterday (November 8), it’s this one below, if you want to see what was said about Grammys 2025.
BTW – Beyonce is now the most nominated artist of all time. She has 99 overall nominations. The Beatles, Billie Eilish, Chappell Roan, Charli XCX, Kendrick Lamar, Sabrina Carpenter and Taylor Swift are all hoping Beyonce doesn’t beat them for Record of the Year.
Roan and Carpenter are also up for best new artist. Last year, the women dominated the awards, taking six out of the eight nominations for both album of the year and record of the year.
You can see who wins at the 68th Grammy Awards ceremony on February 2, 2025 at the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, California.
