Ghost’s Tobias Forge at Centre of Stalking Investigation

A stalking case involving Ghost frontman Tobias Forge is now under police investigation.

A woman in her 40s has been charged with harassment after allegedly sending Forge a stream of long messages, handwritten letters, and even a package containing a mobile phone between July and October 2025. Forge later handed the device over to authorities.

For someone who’s dealt with stalkers before, this one hit differently.

“I’ve had about a dozen over the years,” Forge said in a preliminary report. “But no one has crossed a line like this. Sending a phone… that’s invasive. That’s where I hit my limit.”

The woman also reportedly sent multiple payment requests totalling 5,000 kronor (around $530 CAD) during that stretch.

She claims the two met nearly two decades ago and have been in daily contact, even alleging they became engaged in September 2025. Forge flatly denies it, saying he has never met her.

YIKES.

Authorities note this isn’t an isolated situation, with the woman facing similar accusations involving others.

Despite the severity of the case, Forge isn’t looking for escalation.

“I don’t want to make her life worse,” he said. “I just want her to leave me alone and not hurt anyone else.”

I had to file a couple police reports during my time at CFOX. Stalkers are the real deal. Completely insane.
