With any luck, you’ll hear a new Buckcherry album (their 11th) in 2025. The band has gone into a Nashville studio with producer Marti Frederiksen!
Yesterday (Nov.4) the band took to social media, “Touched down in Nashville and TODAY we begin work on album number 11 with our good friend Marti Frederiksen + start makin’ plans for 2025! You ready?! LET’S GOOOOOO!!”
A few months back, singer Josh Todd was on the “Everblack” podcast and talked about following up 2023’s “Vol. 10”, “We already got record eleven written. We have a few more songs that we’ve gotta… We’re about three songs short, and we’ll get that done. And we’re gonna record in November. And we’ll have our eleventh record out next year sometime, probably before the summer.”
Frederiksen, meawhile, produced the band’s 2021’s album “Hellbound” and their fourth album, “Black Butterfly”. He also co-wrote “Sorry”. Back to a comfy shoe, you could say.
Right on. Look forward to hearing what Josh Todd & co. come up with in-studio with Frederiksen!
Buckcherry has GOT TO BE one of the most underrated rock bands. Every album has 3, 4, 5 gems. And the new LP will be no different.
