50 years in the making! Alice Cooper teamed up with his original band to record a new album called ‘The Revenge Of Alice Cooper’. They haven’t released anything together since 1973!
The album sees Alice reunite with guitarist Michael Bruce, bassist Dennis Dunaway and drummer Neil Smith.
Cooper released seven studio albums between 1969 and 1973 before going solo.
In an interview with Billboard, Alice said they picked up right where they left off.
“It was very much like this was our next album after ‘Muscle of Love’, just like, ‘OK, this is the next album.’ Isn’t that funny after 50 years? All of a sudden it just falls into place.”
You’ll be able to get your hands on the album as of July 25. The first single, ‘Black Mamba’, premiere tonight on Cooper’s radio show Alice’s Attic on Tuesday. Cool fact: The song features contributions from The Doors’ Robbie Krieger.
‘The Revenge Of Alice Cooper’ tracklist:
