HBO’s documentary Robin Williams: Come Inside My Mind will air on July 16th and features interviews with Eric Idle, Whoopi Goldberg, David Letterman and Pam Dawber.

Robin Williams: Come Inside My Mind premiered at Sundance and was well received.

This trailer is a fascinating look at a brilliant, troubled performer. The full documentary is bound to get thoroughly engaging. One clip I found super powerful was his son Zak’s comments, “My father didn’t always feel like he was succeeding. But he was the most successful person I know.”

Hard to believe, it’s been four years since Robin Williams took his own life. He was 63.
