The Comeback Trail (original movie released in 1982) was written and directed by George Gallo, stars Robert Deniro, Morgan Freeman, Tommy Lee Jones, Eddie Griffin, Emile Hirsch, Kate Katzman and Zach Braff and is being released on November 13th.

De Niro plays a movie producer in debt to a mob boss (played by Freeman). The plan? Make an action-packed Western with washed up actor Duke Montana (played by Tommy Lee Jones), with the goal of “accidentally” killing him during a stunt so they can collect the life insurance.

Too bad Duke is impervious to all manner of death.

Normally I’m not a fan of re-makes but this one looks pretty good!
