“All I Can Say” made its world premiere at the 2019 Tribeca Film Festival. It features appearances by Hoon, his girlfriend and mother of his child, Lisa Sinha, his Blind Melon bandmates Christopher Thorn, Brad Smith, Rogers Stevens and Glen Graham.
