Judging by the new trailer for “Black Mirror” fifth season, Netflix is bringin’ heat!
It’s confirmed that the fifth season will be released on June 5 ’19!
You’ll remember that creator Charlie Brooker spoke to The New York Times about what to expect, “We’re doing more optimistic episodes and stories, rather than just dystopian and negative ones. We want to keep the show interesting for us.”
“As the story expanded, I like to say that the story got longer and it got wider. So the whole thing started expanding a bit like an inflatable life raft in a small room.”
Avengers star Anthony Mackie and Aquaman villain Yahya Abdul-Mateen II are confirmed to be in Black Mirror season five. It’s not known what roles they’ll play.
