Taylor Swift was the highest paid musician in 2015.

Music industry experts suggest she made $73.5m in 2015, just from her music. Most of that – $61.7m came from her world tour supporting her latest album ‘1989’. She also earned $7.2m from album sales, $4.1m from publishing rights, and $564,000 from streaming. The total figure doesn’t take into consideration her sponsorship deals with Keds, Apple Music and Diet Coke.

According to Billboard, Swift made nearly twice as much as her nearest rival, country star Kenny Chesney, who made $39.8m in 2015.
