Robert Plant Launches 4th Season Of ‘Digging Deep’ Podcast

May 26, 2021

The COVID-19 pandemic paused Led Zeppelin singer Robert Plant’s “Digging Deep: The Robert Plant Podcast” but it’s game on again! They’ve launched the fourth season, as Plant reunites with Matt Everitt to continue the ‘cast!

In the above episode, they talk about the lockdown and the track “Bluebirds Over The Mountain” (written and recorded by Ersel Hickey in 1958), which was made a hit by Ritchie Valens.

You may remember that prior to the pandemic, Plant was supposed to tour the U.S. with his new band Saving Grace (comprised of Plant, Suzi Dian (vocals), Oli Jefferson (percussion), Tony Kelsey (mandolin, baritone and acoustic guitars) and Matt Worley (banjo, acoustic and baritone guitars).

Man, I could listen to Plant talk for hours. Which other musicians should start a podcast?
