Pete Davidson to star as Joey Ramone in new Biopic!
Looks like Saturday Night Live star Pete Davidson is set to play Joey Ramone in the upcoming Netflix biopic, I Slept With Joey Ramone!
Pete Davidson will produce and star in I SLEPT WITH JOEY RAMONE, a new biopic chronicling the life of the king of punk — whom we lost 20 years ago today.

Not only will Davidson star in the film, he’s executive-producer too.
The announcement came on the 20th anniversary of Ramone’s passing, April 15, 2001.
You’ll see some similarities to the memoir of Joey Ramone – the movie was written by Joey’s brother, Mickey Leigh.
I Slept With Joey Ramone is being produced by Netflix in partnership with STXFlims.
No word on a release date.
