New Queens of the Stone Age Album Features Members of Foo Fighters & ZZ Top

June 25, 2019
How cool is this?! ZZ Top singer Billy Gibbons recently sat down with Eonmusic at Hellfest in France and revealed that he makes an appearance on the forthcoming album by Queens of the Stone Age. He also spilled the beans that Foo Fighter frontman Dave Grohl has been working with the band too!

Gibbons said, “Just one month ago I was making a record with Queens of the Stone Age and Dave Grohl was also taking part and he decided to have a big barbecue. So there was this interesting gathering. So, we spent one hour telling stories, great stories remembering these lovely guys.”

Gibbons went on to say, “He’s (Josh Homme) completed it. I think that he said he wants to put it out Halloween. It’ll be good.”

We haven’t heard new QOTSA since their seventh album, “Villains”, was released in August 2017.

Do you think they’ll be able to top the Billboard 200 with their new album? I’d bet on it.
