MARILYN MANSON Says His New Album Is ‘More Than Half’ Done!
Good news Marilyn Manson fans! He recently did an interview with SiriusXM’s “Trunk Nation LA Invasion: Live From The Rainbow Bar & Grill” and said a new new studio album should be release late 2019 (he’s working w/ country star Shooter Jennings).
While on SiriusXM’s “Trunk Nation LA Invasion: Live From The Rainbow Bar & Grill”, Manson said the album (the follow-up to 2017’s “Heaven Upside Down”) is “more than half” completed.
Here’s how he came to work w/ Shooter Jennings, “I felt like it was a good time for a change. And I became friends with Shooter. And he’s a musical genius. Shooter, he kind of reminds me of The Dude from ‘The Big Lebowski’… But we have this different vibe where I don’t have to really tell him what I’m thinking. I didn’t know this, but he was a fan of what I did growing up, also underneath his father, Waylon Jennings. So he adds a completely different element.”
Meanwhile, maybe you heard that Manson and Rob Zombie are touring together on their “Twins Of Evil” Tour (starts in Baltimore, Maryland on July 9).
Are you excited for a new Marilyn Manson album? I am.
