Former White Stripes frontman Jack White announced that his “Third Man Records” label has signed their first rapper, SHIRT.

White launched the label imprint (based in Nashville) in 2001, releasing records by The Dead Weather, The Raconteurs, Margo Price, Karen Elson and more.

SHIRT is the first rapper signed to the Third Man roster (yes, they have released music Insane Clown Posse). SHIRT’s debut album ‘Pure Beauty’ will be available February 9 ’18. Watch the video for the first single “Flight Home” below…

If you keep up with music news, you’ll remember Third Man Records first announced they were signing a rapper in December ’17. SHIRT recently tweeted: “SIGNED TO JACK WHITE’S @thirdmanrecords yooooooooooooo”.
