Hear Episode 2 Of Henry Rollins’ ‘The Cool Quarantine’ Radio Show!
Henry Rollins has always had something to say. Now, you can hear his epic rants with his long-form radio show “The Cool Quarantine”. Check out the 2nd episode here!
If you have (almost) four hours to kill, first off, wow, really? I wish. The episode is three hours and 42 minutes long and has music from Le Butcherettes, Tenor Saw, The Fall and Rain. There’s also live performances (from 1985) from Bad Brains and The Stooges.
Here’s what Rollins wrote about the episode:
“Hello. Henry Rollins here. We’re happy to tell you that another broadcast of the Cool Quarantine is ready for your hopeful enjoyment. So great to be back with you.
This time around, we have a great mix of single songs from Le Butcherettes and Tenor Saw, albums by The Fall, EPs from Rain and others, live tracks and stories from the last century. Kinda like last time.
I was hoping there would be enough interest to be able to make another one of these for you. We will do our best to keep them interesting and worthwhile as we continue to endure during these very interesting and trying times.
The changes to our normal routines haven’t been easy on any of us but we have to hang in there!
A bit presumptuous perhaps but yes, we’re already working on the next one.
We hope you enjoy this, the next Cool Quarantine. Please stay safe and healthy!”
Have always been a fan of Henry Rollins. The Cool Quarantine is a must-listen.
Which other musicians/artists should create their own ‘show’?
