Finally! Blondie frontwoman Debbie Harry has finished her memoir, Face It, and says you can expect a release in the second half of 2020. She told Rolling Stone magazine, “I talk a bit about my internal functions — not biological but mental. It’s more personal.”

Harry says the book will “weave through” her life story. “It’s such a long period of time, and there’s so much to tell, that I couldn’t really isolate a lot of little stories and events. It’s an overview of the way we got through and maintained and continued and carried on through all that time from my sort of warped little perspective.”

Meanwhile, Blondie will be heading into the recording studio to work on the follow-up to 2017’s Pollinator.
