A The Muppets Electric Mayhem Band Series Is Happening
Here’s a blast from your past! Disney+ is working on a Muppets TV series that will focus on The Electric Mayhem Band!
The Muppets Mayhem will follow the band as they record their first album.
The show will star Lilly Singh as Nora, a junior A&R executive who manages the band; Dr. Teeth, Animals, Floyd Pepper, Janice, Zoot and Lips.
President of Disney Branded Television, Ayo Davis said, “The Muppets are renowned for quality, creativity and unrivaled, fun storytelling for the whole family. We are thrilled to have Adam, Bill and Jeff at the helm to bring all of these iconic and great new characters to life in fresh and dynamic ways.”
You may remember a Muppets Halloween special was on Disney+ last year. So good to see classic kid’s TV still being created.
