Unseen Radiohead, Thom Yorke artwork to go on display at art gallery
Radiohead sleeve designer Stanley Donwood’s artwork is to go on display at a gallery in Sydney, Australia.
Donwood has designed the artwork for all of Radiohead’s albums from ‘OK Computer’ to ‘King Of Limbs’, as well as working on the sleeves for Thom Yorke’s two solo albums and his side-project band Atoms For Peace. He also worked with Yorke on the app Polyfauna, where Yorke first showcased music from his 2014 solo album ‘Tomorrow’s Modern Boxes’.
The exhibition, titled ‘The Panic Office’, runs from May 21-June 6 at Sydney gallery Carriageworks. A statement by the gallery said the exhibition will feature “thousands” of pieces of artwork from Donwood’s work on Radiohead and Yorke’s albums.
