ROBIN THICKE PERFORMED WHILE ON THE STAND AT ‘BLURRED LINES’ TRIAL

Robin Thicke’s defense team had him perform a medley of popular songs on Wednesday (February 25th) when he took the stand at the trial for his song “Blurred Lines.”

The crooner sang U2’s “With Or Without You,” The Beatles’ “Let It Be,” Alphaville’s “Forever Young,” Bob Marley’s “No Woman No Cry,” and Michael Jackson’s “Man in the Mirror” in the hopes of proving to the court that many songs share the same chord progression.

They are claiming the same thing to be true for “Blurred Lines” and Marvin Gaye’s “Gotta Give It Up.” The trial is expected to last for eight days.
