The family of Fast & Furious franchise star Paul Walker is suing the estate of his former business partner, Roger Rodas, who was driving the Porsche Carrera GT that crashed into a tree and killed both men in November of 2013.

Paul Walker III, who is the late actor’s father, is bringing the lawsuit because the two men co-owned Always Evolving, a racing shop that owned 30 cars at the time of their deaths.

According to the lawsuit, Walker owned in full or partially all the vehicles and several requests have been made to Rodas’ family to return the vehicles.

The vehicles are worth approximately $1.8 million but there is a fear that some of them may have already been sold off.

  • Last month, the actor’s family told Entertainment Tonight, “It’s a sad time. We’re a very close, loving family and Paul is a piece that’s missing now, that we’re always going to miss . . . I’m missing him more now…it’s not getting any better for me.”
  • Rodas is survived by a wife and two kids while Walker is survived by a daughter named Meadow.
