Limp Bizkit: Responsible for ‘Axl and Slash being back together’?

During Limp Bizkit set at Reading Festival, singer Fred Durst claimed they were responsible for Guns ‘N Roses’ Axl Rose and Slash becoming friends again.

LimpBizkitDuring Limp Bizkit’s set and a brief burst of the solo from ‘Sweet Child O’ Mine’, singer Fred Durst told the crowd his band was behind Guns ‘N Roses reuniting.

“I’d like you to know that we’re responsible for Axl and Slash being back together,” Durst said. “We had a meeting and it went really well.”

Limp Bizkit closed their set with ‘Break Stuff’ and ‘Take A Look Around’, their contribution to the Mission Impossible 2 soundtrack.
